Hi, I'm Jaye. I'm a Reiki Practitioner/Master, and I'm here for you if you're moving through stress, grief, or feeling stuck and ready for healing that's grounded, real, and honors all of who you are.
I received my training and certification through the Reiki Healing Society. My practice blends traditional Usui Reiki with a modern, chakra-based approach, and I'm currently deepening that work through ongoing mentorship and professional development.
I came to Reiki when I could feel that something like energy work was already moving through me, but I didn't have a grounded, structured way to use it. I was deepening into my spiritual path and my relationship with my guides, and I wanted a practice that could hold all of that while still being gentle on my nervous system. Learning Reiki from someone I could actively practice with felt really important to me, because I don't absorb much from a hundred conflicting voices online. Reiki gave me a clear, steady container for what I was already sensing, and helped me turn it into something I could offer others in a safe, consistent way.
Reiki has completely changed the way I move through my life. It's helped me with stress, anxiety, focus, and feeling stuck. It's also supported my body by helping me relax, regulate, and cope. My path to this work was forged through grief too. I lost my mother suddenly and traumatically in 2016, and that loss shattered my world. Reiki, ancestor veneration, and spiritual practice became the ground I rebuilt on. They helped me find small moments of steadiness in the darkest seasons. Healing didn't look like moving on. It looked like learning to carry what I was holding with more intention and care.
I believe healing doesn't require hiding the hard parts, and I'm passionate about creating space where you can show up exactly as you are, shadow and light both. My work is about helping you find steadiness, not perfection.
Outside of sessions, you can find me wandering antique shops and cemeteries, spending time near water, or learning from my guides. I'm deeply passionate about astrology, numerology, spiritual practice, and personal development. Always researching, always growing. Finding magic in unexpected places is how I stay connected and whole.
